JSK/Dancesafe ATL @ HUR this Friday...
Dancesafe Atlanta will be there with the usual pamphlets, flyers, information, and of course...
FREE CONDOMS AND KY JELLY!!! We're making this the first party we volunteer as an official Dancesafe chapter, because Playground was the first promoter to let us set up their events almost 6 months ago. We've come a long way since then, and we thank Playground for supporting Harm Reduction. Mad props on the drug education & condoms but you could do without the "HARDCORE" goodies....whistles, glitter, & candy isn't too hardcore in my book.

well, whistles and Happy Hardcore have gone kind of hand in hand for a while, though it would be kind of out of place with a Gabber or Terrorcore DJ.
of course, Atlanta isn't ready for some high-powered Gabber or Terrorcore. ya sissies. |
Well Couch to make a long story short......i don't consider happy hardcore "HARDCORE" either, hell i don't even consider Happy Hardcore music, but that is just me.

happy is such a small part of the wide spectrum that Hardcore encompasses, but it's about the only part that anyone in the US seems to have any knowledge of. :-/
granted it's the most popular, but those people that think of ONLY HHC when Hardcore is mentioned need some education in Hardcore. hell. I need some education in Hardcore. I've been sticking to just gabber. there's a lot more out there. hard to get into it when so few others are. |
Ya barkin up the wrong tree bruv. I know about some Hardcore...i just don't encompass whistles, glitter, and candy having sheit to do with REAL hardcore. That's a lil more on the kandi kid tip if you ask me. But to each his own so do whatever you guys want!

ahh, whistles and glitter you know it defeats your purpose but those things make me want to do drugs to escape the sheer horror that comes with them!

Just Say KNOWledge
JSK's been around for just a little while, but they are the 1st and only (I think :)) group of its kind around here. They come to parties loaded with information about harm reduction and safer sex, and, of course, condoms! What they are doing absolutely rocks for our scene. If you haven't heard of them yet, you should definitely go check out their site or visit their table @ a party near you! :)
