I own and have read the following:

Alien - Novel by Alan Dean Foster with Screen Play insert by Dan O'Bannon - bought and read in 1979

Aliens Book 1 Earth Hive by Steve Perry - bought and read in 1992

Aliens Book 2 Nightmare Asylum by Steve Perry - bought and read in 1993

Aliens Book 3 The Female War by Steve & Stephani Perry - bought and read in 1993

Aliens vs. Predator by David Bischoff - bought and read it in 1994

Alien Harvest by Robert Sheckley - bought and read it in 1995

Aliens - Music of the Spears by Yvonne Navarro - bought and read in 1996

Aliens vs. Predator vs. the Terminator - graphic novel written by Mark Schultz - Dark Horse Comics - published in 2001 but I picked it up at a con in 2002

I also own a stack of the Aliens comic book that used to be published by Dark Horse Comics International in the early 90's.

In other words...

I am an obsessive espert in all Alien lore and I'll even admit I own some collectable figurines, stored safely away in the orginal boxes.

I know how the story ends and how it began. I also know who ultimately wins.

I'm not about to give it away on a forum.

I've only read several graphic novels....

My money is on the Aliens, simply because they have the numbers.

Either that or the humans are just gonna get in the way and spoil a good scrap!

holy shit jewels. is aliens your "catcher in the rye"? should we be worried?

but keep in mind, this story could very well veer from the story line that the books took which are very different from the storyline the movie took, and both are castrated when it comes how far Dark Horse took the comic. The outcome to this (unless you aready read the script wink wink) could be anyones guess.

Paul Anderson is actually using cells from the comics as his storyboards. It's going to follow very closely to the comics.
