I got that merf and it's broke in half . Sure I only ordered one but come on........put some cardboard or sumptin in there to help out "jesus" . I aint mad but it's gonna take another six days 4 me to get my record . Has this ever happened to any one else . Just wondering . PEACE !

Re: SATELLITE RECORDS

i dunno if they use fedex or what, but just in case anyone does need to fedex something and it goes through the atlanta distribution center, there is a HUGE drop point (meaning a freefall...similar to the slide at white water) for small packages. so be sure to pack it to be protected from the drop and from things dropping on it. i've had plenty of CDs destroyed at this distribution center.

Yeah we've gotten vinyl shipped in that look more like bowls than records. Sometimes the shipper's fault, sometimes its the handler.

Re: SATELLITE RECORDS

I feel your pain...but it is not necessarily satellites fault. I just got 4 records from release and they were shipped by ups and ALL OF THEM WERE BROKEN IN HALF.

I still can't frickin believe it. And just feel lucky that they have another one of your records. All of mine were promos and there are no copies left.

Re: SATELLITE RECORDS

if its sent through UPS it can inssured up to $100 for free but it must be noted when the delivery was sent by the shipper.

Fed Ex has a similiar policy but i don't know it right off hand.

Re: SATELLITE RECORDS

Ha ! that's funny cuz one mornin I was spinnin wit my friends and found my old copy of the bass too dark and it looked like somone had ran a knife across it so I kinda freaked and slung it against the wall . It broke into a million pieces and my roommate took all the pieces and hung it on the wall like a puzzle.........very cool .
