hello everyone........glyn here w/ droppin science. first, i would like to thank all of you that were able to make it out to firestone for 'MUZIK' last week. the party was a big success and it was obvious that everyone had a blast! 'big ups' to JASP 182 & FUNKLAB for two phenomenal live performances to get orlando back in the swing of things....thanx. i want all of you out there to realize that without your support none of these type of events could be possible, and since the event went off so well, we have decided to continue to bring high quality events to orlando over the course of the next couple months and beyond, as long as everyone continues to support our cause. bottom line is we all want to have a positive scene to take part in and contribute our own lil' dose of flavor and it is only possible if we come together and work as a team. next, i am writing this press release to fill all of you in on the most 'intelligent' event to hit our central florida area in quite some time. what i mean by intelligent is in relation to the music and pushing the envelope when it comes to bookings & genres of music being played. i know that many of you out there are itching to see fresh talent in orlando and are tired of seeing the same names being saturated in our club scene. we have decided to bring to the table for our 2nd chapter of DROPPIN SCIENCE/VIZION1 sponsored events, an event entitled 'PROGRESSION', which includes not only some of florida's favorite artists on the bill, but quite a few of the hottest up n' comers that are making a serious buzz in our area. for those that have been waiting to see what we have in store.....this is for you: VIZION1 in association w/ DROPPIN SCIENCE presents -- + P R O G R E S S I O N + SUNDAY.
